[ROSALYN]

Rosalyn is your average princess: pretty, blonde, graceful, elegant, a bit touchy and arrogant, and completely determined not to lift a finger. That is, until she meets Jack and her world is turned upside down.

As the daughter of King Renard, Rosalyn probably heard a lot of negative rumors about her father circulating throughout the court but it wasn't until Jack's direct accusation of corruption that she actually began investigating them. She was deeply hurt to discover the reality of her father's cruel behavior toward his subjects (and even more so when she was undeservedly struck by him while in disguise). While Rosalyn still loves Renard, she understands that she must earn her people's respect if she is ever to become queen- which is why she and her handmaiden, Ms. Thorpe, joined up with Jack and his crew.

Rosalyn and Anakonda have one of the most interesting relationships of conflict in the show. They grudgingly work together in times of emergency but unless a crisis is in effect they are dangerous foes. Both are quite enamoured of Jack and also quite possessive. They trade insults and yell themselves hoarse in battles that are just short of catfights. All the while, Jack seems oblivious to the whole situation- almost. Actually, Jack seems to have an interest in both of them, which frustrates the girls to no end.

Although Rosalyn is very pampered and complains about having to do any kind of manual labor, she is also smart, good-hearted, and full of useful information about Renard and his doings.
